DescriptionJohn Bolton is one of my all time favorites. When someone offered up this sketch on the CGC boards at a very fair price I had to go for it.This is Dr. Shock from his graphic novel with Ann Nocenti who collaborated with John on many Classic X-Men back up stories. Those Classic X-Men issues are why I am a comic book fan. John created many excellent character designs in Someplace Strange, including Dr. Shock pictured here. I would recommend Someplace Strange to any fans of John or Ann who may have missed it. Social/Sharing |

Very cool as this is even more of a caricature of Dr. Shock from the look in the book with the extended nose and chin. Lots of extra attitude from those changes.
