DescriptionI know I'm not alone in having Marc move the most among my 'top Sandman artist' rankings from when I first read it to my umpteenth most recent reread. I think maybe some of that initial impression is tied up in the big emotions we have on the first read through, knowing by the Kindly Ones that things are ending and doing so darkly. At this point I have a huge affection for Marc's work, would put him in my top 3 Sandman alumni, and prize all the examples in my collection including this very creepy CorinthianThis is a 2 inch by 6 inch "bookmark" style pen, ink, and watercolor work that I purchased from Marc on eBay ages ago. I have a couple of others I'll be scanning and adding as well. If you also purchased some of these back in the day from Marc and are interested in selling yours please let me know! Social/Sharing |
