Description

It says "Marvel Universe Handbook" but I can't find this piece anywhere - if anyone can identify where it saw print, please let me know.

Otherwise, this harkens back to the splendid X-Men Annual 3 where George Perez meshed so beautifully with Terry Austin to deliver a memorable issue.
