Major Misato animation cel from Neon Genesis Evangelion

I liked the manga and anime but never loved it like some. I don't know anime cel collecting that well and don't plan to. I am in it to get a cel or two from my favorite animes and then I am done. I forget the names of some of the characters over time to so Major Misato I usually just refer to as the penguin girl. Here is what the auction house said:

This is one of Misato's most popular shots, with similar images seen at the 13:44 mark of "Lilliputian Hitcher" and the 18:33 mark of "The Beginning and the End, or 'Knocking' on Heaven's Door."
