Descriptionthis is one of my mystery sketches purchased during the ComicArtlive sale. What's a mystery sketch you ask? during the Comicartlive virtual sale you are able to order a commission of your favorite character. but the catch is an artist will pick the character and do a drawing. you don't know which artist will pick your commission. the character I chose (one of three) is Modred the mystic. done by James Pascoe represented by 4c comics. this is beyond my hopes. James did a fantastic rendition of the avenger's villain. James used a mixture of India ink, watercolor and airbrush for the glowing effect. really spectacular. if you are on the fence about getting one. don't be. sometimes you get a gem like this for the fraction of the cost at a convention.if you are interested in a commission from James, email him at www.jamespascoe.netSocial/Sharing |

I always liked this character. he is a pretty powerful weilder of the dark magic. they should have used him more as a foil to dr strange.

Awesome airbrush! It really adds a great effect of shine that you can't get using any other method when combined with old styled line illustration.

Yes it gives it that errie glow effect around the book and hands.
