DescriptionI am a huge fan of Bruce Timm's art and this piece is just spectacular. Bruce Timm is the visionary art director and co-creator of Batman: The Animated Series, the 1992 cartoon series.Bruce rarely agrees to draw Batman anymore and, when he does, it is often the exact same pose. This rare original piece was done for a print of 500 that was only available at 2017 San Francisco comic con. This is slightly larger than Timm's standard 8 x 11 and hand colored. I am lucky to have become the custodian of this wonderful piece. It is also signed by Kevin Conroy who was the voice of Batman for a generation of kids in the Animated Series as well as many other media including the Arkham video games and many others. This is like a one and done Timm piece! He was the big guest of the inagural show and he even added the SF skyline with the Transamerica Pyramid.

The design, execution and colors are all fabulous! It is perhaps made a bit more special now that Conroy has passed on.

Love this one. The colors bring back memories of Son of the Demon. Congrats!

Absolutely stunning painting of the Dark Knight by the great Bruce Timm. I just love Timm's Animated Batman style. In its own way, it's as classic as Bob Kane's or Frank Miller's or Jim Lee's. I love this pose with Batman in a heroic stance, surveying Gotham City from the rooftop. I love the full moon behind him, highlighting the Caped Crusader as he poses majestically. I don't think you could ask for more in a portrait of the greatest crime fighter ever. Serious congrats.
