Supergirl patrols the city of Chicago and goes after some car jackers.

A 'Crisis Cross-over' page. Included in the Crisis on Infinite Earths Companion Deluxe Edition #2 as events leading up to Crisis.
This was the last issue that Kara appeared in before dying in Crisis on Infinite Earths #7.
In a foreshadowing of her demise, she feels that something terrible is about to happen.

I got my driver's license last week
Just like Kupperberg wrote about
'Cause you would go patrol the DC
I finally drive drunk like a louse
But today I rode with Rick Hoberg
Cryin' 'cause you weren't around

And you're probably with that blonde girl
Who always made me shout
She's so much Super than me
She's everything I'm insecure about
Yeah, today I drove through with Hoberg
'Cause how could inks ever love someone else?

And I know we weren't perfect but I've never felt this page but for Hunt
And I just can't imagine how you could be in Crisis now that she's gone
Guess you didn't mean what you wrote Kupperberg about me
'Cause you said Monitor, now I drive alone past your street

Some great Kara Zor-El images here! But it makes me sad to see them, knowing the near future held a very sad fate for her. But at least it was a heroic and greatly handled death. The best handled and most touching superhero death in comics history!
