The Trial of Lockheed

Probably an imaginary story of Lockheed going on trial among his species but he's actually in a coma from injuries sustained from Doctor Doom in the prior issue. During the trial he recaps the back story of each member of Excalibur and how he came to be with Kitty. Yeara later Agent Brand would chastise Kitty for treating him like a pet in Astonishing X-Men.

"That dragon speaks more languages than the professor" "Lockheed has some homeworld issues we're helping him with." I've always wondered if this issue is where that all came from.
