Description
Sometimes, it takes years of hunting to grab a Unicorn. Other times, a good buddy offers one up completely out of the blue.

Locke and Key is an absolutely fantastic read. Highly recommended if you have not checked it out. The Netflix show tried, but it wasn't the same.

Art from this series is damn near impossible, as Gabriel doesn't sell. Excited to add this lovely cover with Kinsey and the physical manifestation of her fears looming over her.

Today is a good art day!

Deadly beautiful.  Love the spotted blacks, especially the claws.  The blue lines add some contrasting color OA magic.

It's always fun to land a piece by an artist who doesn't sell a lot of his/her art.  I am surprised he didn't keep this one.  Really nice addition here!!!

Something is Killing the Children before something was killing them? Awesome page and love the monster.

Wow! A cover from Locke & Key? That is a rare beast indeed! And it's such a beautifully drawn cover. Stunning work by Gabriel Rodriguez. I love this image of Kinsey's fears manifesting in a gruesome monster. The monster is rendered in such exquisite detail. Rodriguez's inks are superb. Interesting that the monster is more intricately rendered than Kinsey herself. Amazing pick-up, congrasts!

Haven't read L&K but maybe I should after your description. I would certainly grab a copy based on the cover along as it is magnificently done. Congrats - having friends like this is what the hobby is about. I am very happy for you James!
