DescriptionORIGINAL ART BY GEORGE PÉREZ, SCAN HAND COLORED BY ME(I DON'T OWN THE ORIGINAL ART) Well, this was quite an endeavor. Coloring a scan of a cover of an iconic franchise like Star Trek and as well coloring a cover drawn by the legend George Pérez. George really put a lot of detail in his work. A lot of the piece the inking colors. But the Title was something that was a new thing for me. The words "STAR TREK" were colored in a red to orange fade. replicating that was something I was concerned with. But I think it came out alright. One of the greatest Star Trek covers ever! The Perez art made it a must buy in the 80's! It looks like straighforward colors at first, but so many of the elements like the title, the planets, uniforms, and the blue rays have gradual changes in hues.
