Sweet Sinnott inks over the Milgrom high emotions! Trying to impress his girl with his torture dungeon is a smooth move! Still a fairly early issue in the run of this 80's offshoot of the main team.

Such an 80s-90s vibe. Not his first appearance but I think his 2nd. Really enjoyed this series. Lots of odd and/or forgotten characters pop up.
