Description
Day 30. Thirty-One days of Star Wars (2024 edition) continues!

From the fifteenth issue of the second volume of Star Wars: Doctor Aphra, and part of the Star Wars: War of the Bounty Hunters event. Rogue archeologist Doctor Aphra and smuggler Sana Starros are working for Domina Tagge. The job: infiltrate the most dangerous place in the galaxy - an auction hosted by resurgent crime syndicate Crimson Dawn.

After getting captured, imprisoned and staging a breakout, Aphra and her associates are entangled with one of the most deadly assassins in the galaxy: Deathstick!

Picked up through Splash Page and Mark Hay at OAX 2024. Man that was such a fun weekend. Victor inks over Minkyu blue lines.

Emergency!
Paging Dr. Bid
Emergency!

Doctor, I've got this feelin' deep inside of me, read issue fifteen
I just can't control my sleep when I hear Jeffrey, when I hear Jeffrey
Hey Aphra, could you give me somethin' to see Mark Hay, to see Mark Hay?
'Cause if Yu don't help me soon Sana lose my brain
Starros insane

I just don't know, don't know how I'm Sana deal with Yu (Dr., Aphra, Dr., Aphra, Dr. Bid)
I just don't know, don't know
Won't you help me doctor bid
(Dr., Aphra, Dr. Bid, won't Yu help me Dr. Bid?)
(Dr., Aphra, Dr. Bid, won't Yu help me Dr. Bid?)
(Dr., Dr., Aphra Bid, won't Yu help me Dr. Bid?)

Say, say, say, Doctor
I got this Victor that I can't control
That I can't control
Deathstick makes me move my body
Makes me move my sold
Makes me move my sold
Doc, you Aphra give me Crimson
'Cause I'm biddin' up
Yes, I'm biddin' cut
Doc, you've got to find I'm poor
Or we're Sana buy
Yes, we're gonna buy

Aphra really channeling a charming, scruffy-looking, nerf herder.

nice one!!! I enjoyed the War of the Bounty hunters cross over into all the titles. Real bummed I didn't have the chance to browse Mark's inventory in person at OAX, I'm guessing I would've snagged at least a page at the time ha

I managed this page and one of Victor's High Republic examples. Was stoked when Mark let me know that some would be available.

I'm starting to really like seeing Doctor Aphra pages because I like th general character design, but it's amazing how different she can look when drawn by different artists. Without the helmet and goggles, I wouldn't have realized this was her.

Which is the way of many characters, like that blonde kid with the lightsaber she's bumped into before.
