Description
I finally got a vintage Frank Miller Daredevil! Sure, it's just a convention sketch, but I'm happy to have this Man Without Fear in his iconic outfit complete with signature billy club by the legendary Frank Miller. It is undated but, if I had to place it, I would say 1979 or 1980. It is very reminiscent of the Daredevil in style and pose from the #158 cover by Miller & Rubinstein in 1979, Miller's first DD. The reverse side also includes a preliminary sketch showcasing Daredevil in motion.

Ink over graphite on 8.75" x 12" drawing paper with an image area of 4.5" x 7.5" on the front side, with graphite on the reverse measuring 4.5" x 7".

This is early. Got to have been done in the first year of the run, possibly in the first six months..
