Description

Another animated Legion card! Hembeck took a few liberties with Tinya's design in this one, but the extra hairclips are fun, and the bellbottoms are an excellent nod to the uniform she sported in comics in the '70s and '80s.

Something I really admire about Hembeck's work is that he never uses a mostly-white costume as an opportunity to skimp on his marker work, even though he easily could. Instead, he adds shading with a light blue marker around the edges of the white areas, just to add a little extra life to the card.

Works perfectly to go with the Cher hairstyle with the part in the middle for the symmetrical design.
