First appearance of the First American. Thought I had the first appearance before, but it was the second appearance. Now I have both.

Not many chances to get first appearance pages...

The First American was written by Alan Moore and illustrated by Jim Baikie and is a serial included in the America’s Best Comics anthology Tomorrow Stories.

Really nice behind the scenes look at the propaganda machine behind First American. Alan Moore's satire doesn't hold back and this page by Balkie has an Eisner Spirit look to it.
