The crystal ball is cloudy. Who's to say? But given that ghosts are also known as phantoms, I'm going with this having something to do with the Phantom Zone. One thing is certain. Given the era that this was published and that it is a DC comic, the rest of the story will be over the top, ridiculous, or both!
