I don't think I've gotten over Eddie Van Halen's passing and the same thing goes with George Perez... I really love his Iron Man from the Avengers—all incarnations but particularly his vintage stuff. Online, it looks like this one originated from “a small comics convention in Corpus Christi, TX.” So, with thanks to Beverly!

I love George Perez! He always put his all into everything he did. This Iron Man sketch is splendid. I love how hard he obviously worked to get the armor just right, and then he took the time to color it. George was truly a great comic artist, as well as being a great guy!
