Description
Just love the way Joe Sinnott handles the hatched lines to indicate that "flamed on" look.I bought this a few years back at SDCC .

These religious zealots have turned into a mob under the command of Gabriel!  The Torch never looked this big and powerful before as Buscema makes him appear more musclebound with wide bodybuilder poses.

The Torch melting the pavement... That's what floored me on this page when I first read the story... Still does! Congrats!

Buscema always put so much detail into crowds. Every pose and expression is so carefully composed to ensure that the reader feels the drama is taking place in the familiar and everyday. Loads of great action here. Glorious page!
