Description
Day 11. Thirty-One days of Star Wars (2024 edition) continues!

Luke Skywalker knows his destiny is leading him toward a confrontation with Darth Vader. But Vader is a Dark Lord of the Sith, and Luke is barely even a Jedi. To have any chance at survival, he must find a way to train himself in the battle techniques he will soon face. He must find another Sith.

Continuing his Jedi training with this goal, he has been seeking out the secrets of the Kyber crystals on the planet Christophsis. There, he met a young Fallanassi named Gretta, who helped him find some of the answers he needed. Now, with the help of Gretta's Auntie Feez, Luke enters a Jedi trance to heal a Kyber crystal imbued with the memories of the Sith who once owned it.

Steven Cummings pencils, Jonas Trindade inked over bluelines. I have managed to acquire both boards in the last six months, this one from Steven.

I really like the tilted middle panel. That technique never ceases to make a panel that much more interesting!

I can see graphite clearly now the rain is gone!

Nice page - I have yet to catch up to the main line's run up to issue 42 but hoping to do so soon, this storyline looks intriguing.

As long as we can finally move past the Dark Droids crossover, it will be a nice palate cleanser. The Dark Droids story arc just did not do it for me.
