Description
Totally cool in so many ways. Obviously one of Marvel's all time greatest artists, eleven years into his career, drawing a character burned into the consciousness of a kid who never saw a Hopalong Cassidy movie, but saw him on every carton of milk produced locally and branded as "Hoppy's Favorite!", on 70 year old lined DC large art stock, with Ray Burnley inks.
I could go on and on, just delighted to bring this piece into the fold.

So awesome!  It was 1955 and the Westerns were going strong in all forms of media.  Especially great for comics that had the tie in with, toys, movies, and TV shows!  This comic even had a photo cover which made it popular for fans of all ages.  I would raise a glass of sarsaparilla in salute for this find.
