I've passed on a few opportunities to have Howard Chaykin do a GI Joe sketch for me because everyone gets Chuckles, since he did the covers for that rocking Cobra story, and I can't think of abetter character to have him do. When another collector was selling this Chuckles, I figured I better get one while I can!
