Ultimates v1 5 Cover
Bryan Hitch and Andrew Currie

Ultimates Hulk! This looked to originally be the issue 4 cover, but, changed to 5. Visually, Bryan and Andrew created a really awesome looking Hulk here. In the story, Hulk was more of a villain than hero to put it lightly. Still, I remember the Ultimates fondly and really enjoyed it.

Thanks to Bryan and Andrew for their amazing artwork.

One of the most influential Avengers stories ever! Millar, Hitch, and Currie set the blueprint for the MCU and the idea of Hulk as a last resort atomic bomb unleashed upon the Battle of New York came from this issue!

Wow! Love this series to this day...still flip through the trades on my bookshelf often :) This was one of those standout early images from this series that changes the game...not hard to see why when looking at it. Congrats, Bo!

Literally an incredible cover. Hitch's Hulk is up there with my faves, and his Ultimates version got up to some very naughty stuff!
