Even without the title character, this page shows just how the book benefited from Rude's skills at building out the world of Nexus. The Heads and all the other supporting characters were so visually distinctive.
Great imagination by Rude with worldbuilding for technology, characters, culture, and their relationship with nature.
And why did Raul let them stay? Targedy ensued. Amazing page, some of Rude's best and most mature work.
