Absolutely inspired! I can smell the moss. The framing of the figure in those organic vines is perfect.

I appreciate how Manix can go from the super graphic, brightly colored jams to these more muted, organic pieces. Love it!

Charming with the Swamp Thing framed around the dead growth. Not only beautiful, but meditative with the calming curls of Manix's paint brush! It's a different and more fine black paint used for the natural wooded and mossy textures.

WOW! Not only is this up to Manix's usual high standards, but the character is way larger than the usual tiny size he draws them! Great piece, Rick, congrats!
