Description

I just love Butch Guice's work and Amber Blake in particular. It is published in large format books and not always easy to find.

The other headache is trying to determine if Butch or someone else inked Butch as the credits and seller were not 100% clear.

Regardless love the work and I am pretty sure this is all Butch.

Very pretty action page! The exterior with the choppy waters inform us that there will be some some action down below to balance the page out!

I always thought that Guice would have been one of the great newspaper strip artists had he had his career during the 50s. A tremendous detail man with absolute understanding of spotting blacks in line art, Guice is one of a few modern artists whose work looks better in black and white versus being computer colored.
