Description

"Deepest Darkest" original by the legendary pin-up artist Armando Huerta. Huerta's fantastic Mermaid Superheroine. There is just too much to be said about this extremely rare painting. Published many times with an added tattoo. He considered one of his best. It definitely is one of his most fantastical intricate designed pinup.

Published in "Vixen Art" by Armando Huerta.
Also Published in "The Pin Up Project" by Graffito Books in 2016.
Tattoo Savage Magazine
AIR BRUSH- ACTION MAGAZINE March-April 2012 (Without Tattoo).
20"x30" Acrylic on Board , 2011.
Model: Penthouse Pet Sarah Hunter also known as Nicotine Desire.

What Armando posted about this painting when "The Pin-up Project" book was released on his Facebook: "In this book, I'm glad they choose two of my Best Paintings. Deepest Darkness. Model: Sarah Hunter. And FairyAnika, Model: Nicole Brune. It's funny because both paintings have background stories interlaced. They are kind of superheroines, created by me. Somewhere in the deep of Deviant Art you may find the stories. One day I'm gonna create a comic book or a movie of each.

Both Paintings were born on American Soil. They are part of The American Art History. Technically they are American Girls. American Property and Legacy.

In this Book, The Pin-Up Project, the DLOP is REPREZENTING the Beautiful City of Huntington Beach, California, United States Of America. Huntington Beach is such a nice place to live. Nobody is racist here. There's no crime. Everybody is friendly and willing to help each other. I REPREZENT HB, USA in this book. But also REPREZENTING Mexico Distrito Federal, MEXICO. Where I was born.

I'm an immigrant.

I have an O1 Visa. Granted to the Best of Best. You can call it The BADASS Visa.

It was hard to get. Basically I had to write a book about myself trying to demonstrate I'm the shit. It was quite expensive too. But I would never got it without the support of many American Artist who were kind enough to write letters supporting me. And my Badass Lawyer. She was worried because she thought we didn't have enough letters and material to demonstrate I'm the best. She said they may reject the visa or ask for more proof and it may take several weeks till they approve the visa, blah, blah ..they approved it in less than 6 hours. I guess they just googled me.

So. I have a Document from The United States Of America stating that I'm (quote) an ALIEN WITH EXTRAORDINARY ABILITIES.

Just like Kal-El."

(For reference two of the artists who helped him stay in the country were Dave Nestler and Lorenzo Sperlonga). They two have plans to attend our future exhibition. This piece WILL BE AVAILABLE. :-) We are glad to have it! Maybe I can get Sarah there since she is in Los Angeles.

If you have a piece you would like to sell. Reach out to me. Thank you.
