Description

Jazmin Cullen of the planet Xanthu was the third to claim the name of Kid Quantum. After her brother died due to the failure of his Stasis Belt, Jazmin underwent surgery to augment her own natural abilities allowing her to create fields in which she could slow down or speed up time. She joined the Legion of Super Heroes and would eventually be elected leader of the team. She�s drawn here superlatively by Jeff Moy, an artist who would place his indelible stamp on all of these characters.

Really nice in pencil form where there is lots of shading and fills for anatomy, eyes, hair style, and kirby Krackle. Moy has a nice command of the character with a dynamic straight on shot framed by techy patterns!
