More on the grotesque side of Ero-Guro, but plenty of the dark humor and bat-shit craziness I associate with Kago!

I assume this is a DPS, I don't know what story it is from.

Every grotesque detail done to an exactness to make us feel queazy! Shintaro succeeds in getting that raw visceral reaction out of the audience. Out of context of a story, the shock value is even higher.
