Great ominous mood! Any minute, you know something bad is going to happen to the lone carriage int he woods. The red glyphs on these originals seem so much more sinister in a Dracula book than what the true intended published effect was.

Dick does a great job with the lighting of these panels through the use of wash and negative space, to create an atmosphere of the foreboding event. Great page John!
