DescriptionGreg Capullo’s pencils are really beautiful here, and truly complimented by Richard Bennett’s inks. I feel like Bennett puts Capullo’s portraits on another level.Cannonball calling the shots like a true leader, staging a rescue of Rusty and Skids from the clutches of the Friends of Humanity (FoH). That same mutant hate group that popped up again recently in the X-Men ‘97 Animated Series. Cannonball! One of my favourite characters. I was a little sad when he eventually graduated to the X-Men leaving his team behind. Social/Sharing |

The team shot is great! High energy 90's X-Force art! Capullo and Bennett's tight style was of higher quality than the newsprint paper could reproduce back then. If they had a shot at the main title, it would have changed the course of comics as we know it today.

Yeah, pretty cool knowing you are the caretaker for an actual piece of that X history, done by such a seminal artist who's still pumping out amazing interiors 30 years later.

Wow, great early art by Greg Capullo with some of the original X-Force members! Richard Bennett is a skilled penciller, but does a nice inking job here!
