Description

A beautifully drawn and very large piece by the prolific and renowned fantasy paperback artist, Stephen Hickman. This work appears to be a large finished linear preliminary that was used by the artist as the final transition piece to outline his final painting for the published work. The book cover was for best-selling fantasy artist, Ardath Mayhar and the book title is Lords of the Triple Moons, published by Ace Publishing in 1984. The work measures an impressively large 15x24” done on lightweight layout paper, thought to match the size of the final painting layout.
