Very nice character design to incorporate Dredd and African motifs. The framing column gives a stylish look of the environment he inhabits and patrols.

Yes, I absolutely love Garry Wharton's backgrouds. He creates these very elaborate, very distinct scenes around characters. You should see the background he created for my winged Morpheus commission... =)
