Description

As night falls in the Andes, the good guys need a place to sleep in the wild:

“I haven't heard the famous helicopters yet, Mister No. What do you think it means?”

“Nothing, Uriaga. This wind and the shape of the gorges muffle the noises. By now, they will have suspended the search. They can't risk not seeing where to land.”

“And in our backpacks, there are some surprises for the helicopters too. Here you are. We have arrived at the right place to camp.”

“Mmmm. Isn't that too exposed? It's windy up here. And it will be even colder at night.”

“Wait and see. We will be safe here, I assure you.”

“By lightning! A real hotel room!”

“Yes. This was an old hideout of mine. Difficult to find and easy to defend, given the size of the entrance! Here, friend. Let's eat.”

“Mmm, rations instead of real food. Not so great.”

“Add dinner at the Grand Hotel to the bill, pilot. We'll have big parties when all this is over.”

The panels where they are in silhouettes or in deep shadow are very interesting to both visually break up the story and allowing the setting to be estasblished.
