Description

Excited to have a Frank Miller sketch of my all-time favorite character. According to inker Joe Rubinstein (see interview https://www.instagram.com/p/C8pGZECRn26), this art from Frank Miller that Joe inked was one of three Marvel characters that were part of post cards Marvel would mail to fans, making it "published." This was most likely after Miller/Rubinstein's 1982 Wolverine series, possibly around Miller/Rubinstein's 1984 Marvel Fanfare #18, where they did a standalone Captain America story. I'm thrilled to own this piece during Miller's peak period, between Daredevil and Dark Knight Returns.
