Description

I came across this amazing Black Widow that was penciled & inked by Richard Friend. It appears Richard had created some "Cover Quality" pieces to bring with him to SDCC 2024. This was one of them that I felt I could not risk letting it go to San Diego. Richard has drawn some amazing pieces as of late, with a Daredevil piece that he drew about six-months ago and a killer Judge Dredd. (Check them out on CAF if you have not seen them) Richard was awesome to deal with and he still has a few pieces available. Also check out Richard's YouTube for some great OA content from this year's SDCC. He goes through some of the OA portfolios of Kwan Chang, which was awesome to see. Thanks Richard!!!!

Cover quality indeed! It's over the top effort with no shortcuts to create something you can hardly believe is not digital in today's age. The extra layers of hatching, wash tones, white specks enriches the viewing experience by multiples.
