DescriptionPatrick Block offered this ink and watercolor piece in his dukstuf ebay store. Magica is seeking Scrooge’s Number One Dime, the first coin he ever earned as a shoe shine. The characters and the dime are the creations of Carl Barks. I'm really happy to acquire this one. The artist included his The Paintings of Patrick Block booklet with the nephew sketch. Disney World pencil prelim. I discovered Patrick Block in his debut "The Mystery of Widow's Gap" in Donald Duck Adventures #27 in 1994. He worked many years for Gladstone and Egmont and wrote stories with his wife Shelley, too. I met the couple several times at San Diego Comic Con and am happy with this opportunity.Social/Sharing |
