Description

Alex Horley (Alessandro Orlandelli) is an Italian artist, best known for his painted covers in the style of Frank Frazetta and Simon Bisley, mostly known for his work in comics such as Lobo, Daughters of Darkness, Jungle Tails and Sharky.
These are pages from the 4-part mini-series 'Battleaxes' telling the story of four female fighters and a sorceress/medicine woman in the style of Conan and Red Sonja. Illustrated in ink over graphite, this work is done on standard 11x17 illustration board and is in excellent condition.
