Description
In early 2002, Marvel began their 'Nuff Said initiative which saw single issues of many of their main titles go silent; they had to tell stories without words.

For their entry in Peter Parker: Spider-Man, Paul Jenkins and Mark Buckingham decided to pit Spidey against a mob of menacing mimes in a story called "Make Mime Marvel". In this page we see Spidey mooning the mimes in order to get their attention... and it works!

The best part about this page is the very British handwritten note for the colorist along the top-left margin:
YES, THAT IS SPIDEYS BARE BUM!

As Anthony would say, "HAUNCHES!"

This is where Buckingham's cartooning and visual storytelling takes over!  A fun challenge for the artist and Buckingham delivers madcap action!
