8x10" and slightly smaller sketch paper trio contain original pencil art portraits by Seymour "Sy" Barry (born 1928) who is an American comic-book and comic-strip artist, best known for being the artist of the strip The Phantom for more than three decades. All three feature unique angled head portraits of The Phantom. One has him waving in front of the skull cave. Inscribed/signed at top and bottom. One dated 6/03 and inked. Lt. aging/wear. Exc.
