DescriptionTHIS IS IT! The epic battle that this whole ASM #50-54 story has been building to!The SPIDER-GOBLIN vs The GREEN GOBLIN! Peter became the SPIDER-GOBLIN in issue #50 when he was infused with Norman's sins and evils. He donned his Spider-Goblin costume, hopped upon his goblin glider and took on the Sinister Six and Chasm (issues #51 and #52). Thanks to Chasm, Peter was able to reject (and eject) Norman's nastiness and plan his next move. In the meantime, Ms Marvel and her team (including Rek-Rap) took on the Green Goblin. As the previous issue #53 closed, Peter was once again infused with the sins and evils of Norman Osborn. In this issue #54, these sins/evils leap back and forth between Peter and Norman as they wage a physical and psychological battle with each other. It gets really trippy at times, and Ed's art is spectacular throughout!! He is aided by three inkers (besides himself), including Mark Farmer, Mark Morales and Wade von Grawbadger. And with this one, I am proud (and thrilled) to say I own ALL FIVE of the covers from this story. The infinity gauntlet of McGuinness Vol 6 Spidey Covers is complete, it was inevitable! Congrats!

Peter was infused with Norman's sins and evils? Maybe there's a way they can use bleach, to somehow get under the skin, almost like a "cleaning". Or by using light (which exists!), where the light penetrates. It sounds very interesting!

A good comic cover really makes you want to not only pick up the book, but read the story. If I saw this on the stands, I would definitely want to know what was going on inside the book. Great pickup buddy.

"Who's laughing now?!" We'll see how this ends up but SG's clearly got the upper hand here! Definitely makes you want to pick up the book and open it straight away to see what happens inside! And not 1, not 2, not 3, and not 4, but 5 ASM covers in a row?! NICE. Congrats, man!
