I do not recall the Emerald Empress looking this Kirby inspired but maybe I didn't read that much Legion in the 90's. I got most of the Fatal Five commissions by Kolins that were sold on eBay.

You might have to look at Miki's latest to see JJ Kirby's Emerald Empress to see this design.

I was thinking it was earlier but I guess this design was from the 2010s.
