Another banger created by Paolo Rivera for the Spring 2024 edition of Comic Art Live. This bad boy also went up for bidding during a live show with SplashpageArt owner and operator Mark Hay.

I won! (yay! woohoo!)

X-Men aren't my thing but you can't deny how exquisitely executed this classic illustration of the Beast has been rendered.

It's slightly larger than the diameter of a silver dollar but it's going to seem so much larger than life framed on my wall.

Paolo's colors bring so much in shading within the tones of blue to emphasize the facial expression. The look lends to the gravitas of Hank's more studied and introspective Beast!

Awesome Beast head by Paolo!

And it reminds me of the tag line on an MCP page by Jae Lee that I own. "Bring Me The Head Of The Beast!"
