Description

Many self-help books are speaking about optimism, but Uncle Sid takes his failures to the next level! It is also a great possibility of jacking prices ;-)

I am still trying to maintain my status, i.e. having the biggest private collection of Bud Grace's Ernie/Piranha Club originals, so I needed to acquire this one.
The rest of Bud Grace's original artwork has been archived in the Louvre, as the artist himself states... actually in the University of Ohio and some in the cartoon bank in Lund (Sweden).
This is among the top favorites that I picked from circa 1000 original ones, enjoy! ;-)

Bud Grace pulls off the long traditional gag of eating soles of shoes (i.e. Charlie Chaplin's The Gold Rush). At least he won't need to keep them warm or wear the hairnet.
