The man loves classical beasts and monsters! Lots of human characteristics put in by Arthur over these very expressive faces!

Completely, entirely, and -totally- awesome. Huge dollops of detail and character on this sheet! Love the lighting on the right head on the bottom. I bet these look absolutely dynamite on 11x17! (Was the name "Fireclaw" something you gave this beastie, or was there some mention of it somewhere...?) A splendid "odds'n'ends" piece that seems all Arthur, through and through! Fantastic pick up - congrats!

Thanks! Yeah, I love that head shot in the bottom right too. It looks awesome in person, as some of the finer shading in the pencils is lost in the scan. Fireclaw is what is printed in the mini promo sketchbook (says 'FIRECLAW Created by Arthur Adams' on top of an inked image of him. I guess when he drew this page, he hadn't been named yet.
