World's Finest Comics #313 (1985) - The Nefarious Network! - p.3

A very 1980s story. The 'Network' - who debuted in the previous issue - are officially a group of small-time supervillains. However, they seem to spend most of their time in recording studios wielding instruments and microphone stands and they look like a kind of post-punk band. This is particularly the case with the female character 'Cathode', whose hair and outfit are definitely of their time.

On this page, having exiled Batman to the 'White Noise dimension', the band are off to collect $10 million from the head of Pacific Records (or something like that...)
