Description

Very little is truly known about the Hardy Boys series by Filmation. The whole series was bought by 20th Century Fox in the 1980s, and it just disappeared.

This piece is the pan background and the foreground cel. It is noted as HB 16, which would mean Hardy Boys episode 16, yet episode guides don't match descriptions with what this background represents. As I said, the history of this show is murky, but I fell in love with this when I saw it on eBay.

Also, keep in mind that the cars, camper and the phone booth are all painted on a cell.
