I was at the local Fan Expo in 2024 and ran into Ivan Reis and was thinking that there wouldn't be much vintage work...well, I stumbled across this page and knew I had to buy it.

The reason why Ivan still had it was because he had kept some of his favorites and loved working with Marc Campos. I am thankful that he decided to sell it after all these years and couldn't have had a better interaction with him. He was lovely.

Yowza! What a classic cover from ivan Reis and Marc Campos! Love this image of Robin standing on top of a gargoyle overlooking Gotham while Nightwing swings away. It's just such a famous scene with the new Robin (Tim Drake) watching the old Robin (Dick Grayson) as he leaves. There's a wistfulness to the moment as the new Robin watches his predecessor moving on to a new life. And we know that he will move on himself if a few years. So it's a classic scene with symbolic undertones. Fantastic pick-up, congrats!
