Description

The artwork of the singers in the upper right bubbles are still present underneath the paper covering it. Looks like from the notes on the right side of the page they used an overlay for special video effects of the singers, which I don't have.

So wild and out there! A cosmic concert and party right in front of us! Part of the Jonah Hex experiment where he's now in the future world. Maybe DC saw the success of all the Tim Truman indie books of the time and repurposed Hex in this manner!

You aren't missing anything by not having the 'overlay' in this situation. Whenever the art for an overlay effect is drawn on the principal page (and then covered over) that means the overlay would have simply been a photocopy of the overlay art portion from the main page, pasted on an otherwise blank page. Long since discarded.
