It's Denys Cowan month here at <> Shemp's Gallery.

To celebrate I will be posting Cowan Question pages throughout the month

Former Mayor Wesley Fermin evading the police for shooting on his wife. Wesley, drunk, knowingly stumbles into a standoff between police and several criminals. He is shot to death when he charges towards the criminals drawing their fire thus allowing the police to end the standoff.
