DescriptionI am very honored and so proud to be the custodian of this outstanding Wrightson masterpiece. This extraordinary splash page resided in the collection of a wonderful human named Allen Spiegel since 1977 when he purchased the art directly from Bernie at the NYC Comic Art Convention. God bless, Allen, and thank you for all the years of promoting the love of fine comic art and illustration! Social/Sharing |

What a great guy Allen was. This is something that was treasured for a lifetime and should be just as cherished in your collection.

This makes my day! Great addition to your fabulous collection and is of course right in my wheelhouse as well. '72 is when Wrightson truly began to come into his greatness. This is a PERFECT and PRIME example. Just doesn't get better. Happy for you, with more than a dash of envy as well! lol

Thank you Scott! Nobody in the world knows more about beautiful ink slinging than you so your sentiments carry a lot of weight with me for sure.
